2. Refund Policy
• Advance Payments: Refunds on advance payments are considered only if the project has not commenced and are subject to administrative charges.
• Service Cancellation: If a client cancels the service before it begins, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the agreement terms and the time of cancellation.
• No Refund for Completed Services: Once a service is delivered or a project milestone is achieved, refunds are not applicable.
3. Modifications and Corrections
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we will work with you to address the issue. Modifications and corrections can be made based on mutual agreement, as outlined in the contract.
